Where Are They Now?

A Q&A with Bonnie Wright on a Cruise Around the World

 April, 2024

President's Letter

As we continue to prepare for our transition to an organization that will include American Red Cross alumni of all ages, ARCRA committees and task forces are meeting, and the creative juices are flowing with ideas and possibilities to best add value and grow community for the new, broader demographic.

We had great survey feedback from members and are seeking further input from prospective members, especially in younger age groups, we'll be targeting. Please let us know if you have ideas for how we can reach those specific segments of our Red Cross colleagues.

The new website is currently under construction, with a fresh design and intuitive structure that we think you will enjoy exploring. Most of the forums will be re-created as part of our social media pages and groups—initially on both Facebook and LinkedIn.

We have had strong showings for our recent webinars - the powerful interview with IFRC President Kate Forbes, and Carmel Darcy, CFO of the American Red Cross. If you missed either webinar, you'll find it worthwhile to view the recordings. We're very excited about next month's webinar with Connie Harvey! Watch for details soon.

Finally, don’t miss the newest Where Are They Now? Q&A with Bonnie Wright. We interviewed her from her cruise around the world and she sent along some beautiful photos.

Warmly,

ARCRA President Mary Buszuwski
